Demineralized water to feed high efficiency boiler.

Well and/or river water is treated to produce demineralized water and feed a high-efficiency boiler that generates steam and electricity for the plant's processes with a capacity of 50 m3.

We encountered a problem in the quality of the feed water; since it did not meet the physical-chemical characteristics of the design. We discovered that there was an alteration in quality due to a strong drought prior to the installation of the plant.

We adjusted the original design with softeners to reduce harshness after the Reverse Osmosis system.
